Do not rent from them!!! My aunt rented a car for our vacation and when we got there and the car they were going to give us had a busted head light. He wasn’t going to tell us either my cousin was the one who said something and the guy was like oh yeah. He told us he had another car for us them proceeded to upgrade us and charge another $150. When we brought it home we called the customer support and we were told they wouldn’t be charged the extra 150 because it was their fault we had to upgrade. We returned the car the night before we were supposed to and today we got a call saying they were going to charge 600 dollars. They said it smelled like smoke so that was 300 dollars but we know that’s not true because everyone who went on the vacation doesn’t smoke and because we ate in the car we made sure to clean it. Then they charged us the 150 for the upgrade that we weren’t supposed to be charged. Then the extra money because we returned it late even though we returned it the night before. Just do yourself a favor and don’t rent from these scammers!
