Kyle helped us out today, he had a few choices and then after looking at the trunk space we were not impressed, he showed us another (Nissan rogue) and the trunk space was perfect! This was all that mattered to me due to the luggage I tend to take with me. We even spent a while going over the car and its little scratches and the small cut on the dashboard which was noted on the form but anything smaller than 2 inches was not noted. All in all this is my first rental usually when it involves vehicles we take hours looking at a car before we jump on it but Kyle was mellow and stuck by us with all I mean all our questions. The entrance was a little hard to maneuver for our vehicle.

Called prior to confirm appointment, wore a mask, had myself checked in and out!
They made it very easy for me to rent a car while mine was being prepared. They came to the auto body shop with the rental, did the paperwork there at the shop, and then when it was time to return the car, drove me down and drove off. Literally took minutes for the whole process
We have had several occasions over the last couple of years to rent a car from Enterprise, here in Washington and in Oregon, and the service has always been five star. The staff at all the locations have been extremely helpful and courteous. I am hugely impressed at the calibre of service from everybody at Enterprise, as well as the selection of vehicles and Enterprise's commitment to their customers. The rentals have always been clean and in top-notch condition. Not once have we had any issues, with either the vehicles or the staff. COVID-19 has presented challenges to everyone, in particular those in the service industry, and Enterprise comes through with flying colors. I can't recommend Enterprise highly enough. They are, and will always be, our 'go to' for vehicle rentals. Enterprise earns five stars for price, vehicle availability, and service.
