Car was upgraded. Clean and well kept. Prices are a bit high but unlimited mileage. Rented through Thrifty but Hertz was who dealt with at airport

I am a regular Hertz customer and rent around the world due to my business travels.nnThere is usually no problem picking up if you are a gold member and do your reservation online.nnIf you need to call to reach someone local in the office, good luck. If you are dropping the car, do not choose quick drop off and email receipt. Force them to close your rental and provide you the receipt.nnI once had to make 30 phone calls for them to close my rental after 8 days I dropped it off. They NEVER answer their phones and it defaults to the national reservation line.

Was told by hertz that I could go here to pick up a car for insurance purposes. That was apparently a lie. I was refused a car after the 800 number people said I could get one here. Anything out of the normal seems to be completely impossible for this company across the board.nnDo not rent from this place unless you like being stranded.
