Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The young man who rented me the car was great. He helped me find the right car for my needs. He was courteous, efficient, and a delight. On returning the car, the experience was just the opposite. No one in sight. Nothing to indicate what was expected of me (I don't make regular trips to Manchester. How am I supposed to know)? When someone did show up he had no clue what it meant to be helpful. He told me if no one is around, just put the keys in the box. He didn't need to check me in. I'd get an email receipt for my rental. And I waited a few minutes for him (or someone) to show up. Please, don't insult my intelligence by telling me this was because of Covid-19. I had a mask on. He could easily have stood 6 feet from me with a mask on and been personal. Doubtful I will rent again.

Good rental service til the end where my sunglasses were left in the vehicle, called to say I will be back for them later. Come back later to no sunglasses and the lady not even knowing where the vehicle was. Checked where they get cleaned come to find out it was already cleaned and in the lot and had the keys in the lock box the whole time, when checking the box beforehand. I gave my information to them to contact me since I was deploying out the next day and have contacted them multiple times since and no answer on their phones. Also told by headquarters there not liable, so negligence and thievery is justified at this point in my eyes and condoned with this specific location.

Enterprise provides a good car at a good price with great service. That said, Most recently, when I tried to rent the Enterprise car Enterprise's computer paperless system did not work and it took forever to complete. There were at least 10 people behind me in line, and they did not look happy. I would make sure that if a new computer software system is introduced to make sure the system works before you create a line of angry people who will not say anything positive

It was a great trip overall. Pretty easy to book as long as you were on top of the changes. Very affordable.

This was the fastest we have ever gone from walk up to the counter to driving the car away. Five minutes or less because we had called and booked over the phone. We were renting from Budget/Hertz and had asked how much it would cost to drive from NH to NC after renting the car for three days.,$750.00 because we were crossing state lines! It was $193.00 from Enterprise. Budget/Hertz was a disaster from beginning to end. We rented a Nissan Optima which was a very comfortable ride. I highly recommend Enterprise.
