Avis Car Rental

Well, I turned the vehicle in a full day early and because I prepaid, I was not provided a refund. Now the vehicle was rented for 3 days at $169.99. The prepaid total was $63. So, I should have received approximately $100 in refund. The attendant told me that because I got a prepaid discount, no refund would be available. This is theft and a scam. I've always used AVIS but will never use AVIS again, nor will I recommend AVIS to anyone. As a matter of fact, I will recommend to anyone who asks that they NEVER use AVIS and why. You got your $100 from me but will NEVER get another penny!

After renting over70 times this year, you think once and a while Avis would give you an upgrade to a nice car

Was a good experience other than the fact of there wasn't a very clear sign as to where the rental car counter was.

Because when I first made this reservation I was told my debit card would be just fine I was then told when I got there that it was not okay and that I needed a different type of card.i then had to find someone to help me rent the car and pay extra fees for the rental to be a secondary driver on it. It took me an extra five hours to be able to leave!
