Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car which ended up for about 3 weeks. Some of the rental was covered by my warranty. 2 weeks into the rental Enterprise called me to get another phone# to get the warranty company to extend the payment for the rental. I gave them the # and enterprise never called me back. Knowing how “call backs” work (having worked at Enterprise before) I assumed enterprise got the ok to extend the rental. When my vehicle was repaired I returned the car they said, “no we didn’t get the extension from the warranty company”. I was shocked! Having a relatives vehicle available I would’ve returned the rental 2 weeks prior! They then offered to take 3 days off the cost. Then the next day they took that offer back!?!? I’ll never use them again! I hope the $500 they got from me was worth me and my family to never renting from them again! Terrible customer service!

A clerk in this place requested my job contract and rejected a car when I told him I don't have a job contract in my pocket right now. What else can come to an inadequate mind of this office clerk next time? Will he ask a customer's marriage certificate? Customer's school diploma?nnComplained to the customer service and they confirmed: yes, I am correct, a clerk can require whatever comes to his mind, all depends on his good or bad mood. They advised to try another location.nnLost extra hotel day reservation and taxi charges. 148 dollars total. Never recommend that office and Enterprise. Unless you are ready to play a lottery. That was my last time appearing in Enterprise door.

NOT PET FRIENDLY ! Dishonest company with dishonest policies and people.nnTerrible ! Never will I recommend this place. There are plenty more customer friendly places to go and rent. If you are working with your insurance just let them know you will get back to them rather than just picking up what ever they throw at you, same goes for body shop tying up with local car rental places...don’t just pick up anything..do your homework on who you want to give your money..unless dishonesty is also your policy and you got a lot to throw around then you and them are perfect match. Worst rental and customer service experience you can get at this place. I’ll never recommend this to anyone

I got into a car accident and the employee there was able to get me a rental right away so I could go to work that day. The only thing is that the poor guy was by himself and was trying to help me and another customer at the same time. Besides that I was a pretty pleased with the service there.
