New manager is the BEST! I’ve been doing weekly rentals for a year now for my business needs. The new manager Diego is the best thing that has happened to Avis Lombard lol.nCars are always clean and customer service is Top notch. Best Avis I’ve be been to!

Lombard LL7, Lombard ILnnThe man that answered the phone at Lombard LL7, Lombard IL in response to my concern regarding an erroneous reservation under my name and email address is the most vile “service” agent ever dropped out the waste end of the most filthy creature on the planet!nIf I knew his sorry name I would curse anyone and all that shared it.nnHorrible customer service! He talked over me, was excessively rude and hung up on me after blurting out an 800 customer service number. This would have been the location the car would’ve been picked up yet he claimed he would have no information about that. If I were the president of Avis I would travel any distance to personally terminate this person’s employment and further blacklist them from any job other than excrement collection.nnI received email confirmation about “my” car rental 950 miles away. In a state I’ve never visited, nor am visiting currently or in the immediate future.nHad it not been for the kind, considerate, polite assistance from 2 customer service agents for Avis I would immediately write this company off as a permanent boycott /never purchase. But they saved the day. Lombard jerk- choke on it!

I have rented through Costco multiple times at this location. They are always fast, friendly and so affordable!! I highly recommend!!

The process was very fast and the drop-off process was also very fast. The vehicle was in excellent condition and ran very well. The entire experience was totally positive. Mr Faiz who was dealing with me both the times., was very pleasurable !

Absolute worst.I have had problems with the Avis and the Budget here. (Same owners/employees) Opened late, lost reservations, the works. Never go here unless you want to be disappointed.
