Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Twice now have had great experiences. First time was short notice and was in a car within 5 mins of arrival, and drop off was equally painless. Second time also efficient and friendly. Lost a star as when I agreed to receive an email only (”please no calls”) regarding cars for sale I ended up getting several after hours sales calls...lesson learned ud83dude02. Great cars and service at the Issaquah location.

I’ve now had 2 not so great experiences at this location both involving the tall blonde lady working here. A few weeks ago I made a reservation for an suv. I arrived 20 minutes before my reservation and was told to come back because the suv wasn’t ready yet. When I got a ride back all they had for me was a minivan. The blonde was pretty rude about the reservation time but whatever we all have bad days and I decided to give them another shot. I booked a reservation earlier today for 6pm. I waited to go get the rental car til 5:58pm because of my previous experience. I walked in the door at 5:58pm the lights were off and the employees (including the blonde lady that was rude before) were leaving for the night. I asked if they were closed the lady said yes and I’d need to move my reservation to tomorrow morning. I said oh okay that’s weird I have a reservation for 6pm and the last time I was here I was told I had to wait for the time of my reservation?! My boyfriend then went in approximately 6pm and the blonde was EXTREMELY nasty and said she was going to her bday party and isn’t going to miss her party, it doesn’t matter if I have a 6pm reservation she’s closed. Okay witch have fun at your party I will never use this location again and she needs to learn customer service skills or be fired.nnUpdate: I have already sent an email to that address David. I have not heard anything back.

I just picked up my luxury rental car and WOW did Jesse and the Enterprise team step up from a customer service perspective! I would highly recommend this Enterprise site: professional, friendly, super clean! Thank you Jesse and team!!

Efficient service. Great customer service. Not pushy. Clean office & restroom. The only downside is no after hour key drop.

Had a rental set up by the insurance company of the person who hit my vehicle. When the rental was brought to the body shop they asked if I wanted the extra coverage on the rental. After I was quoted the fee for it, I said I would only want it if the fee wasn't a daily fee. I was charged for it and it is a daily fee which is exactly what I didn't want. There is no way I would agree to pay for coverage that probably cost more than the rental itself.nnUpdate: One of the managers contacted me and after talking to him he was able to fix the issue. He was quick and professional about it and the issue was resolved.
