Great attitude and service, a hidden convenience in Issaquah
Made a reservation a week ahead for a specific sized car for a specific purpose and 6 hours ahead they called us to say they did not have it due to overbooking. Without this car, the rest of our plans became impossible. Don't call them if you actually need a car.
Cars rented without cleaning from prior rentals, poor selection of cars, and declined my credit card even though nothing wrong with it. Ran card a second time and it went through. Said it was due to their central office being out of state. This makes no sense. Said they ran a “credit check” which “hits your creditscore” if you use a “debit card”. Seriously? Total rental time 1.3 hours. Never rent from here unless you have all day.
Christie was excellent at providing top notch service!
Used Lyft to pick me up, which worked the second time. No sense of customer service at all!!
