Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I booked my reservation over the internet and the process was not hard to understand. The time of pickup I requested was changed but I was informed a day before and an explanation was given as to why the time had to be changed, which I greatly appreciated. On the day of pickup everything was done quickly and professionally. I was impressed. The car was nice, clean and drove very well. I will refer anyone that needs a rental to Enterprise. Thanks so much!!!

Rented a car to get from Texas to Michigan for a funeral. Ac went out halfway through the trip. They gave me an Audi that was horrible on gas. Only thing I liked was that they gave me my money back. Convenience is everything to me.

I rent from here offten maybe once every other week for work travel. But unfortunately twice in the last 30 days I reserved a vehicle days in advance and no vehicle have been available at my reservation time which leaves me waiting all day to travel and missing meeting. The last time I was on the highway in the complete dark by myself with no other vehicles around and I almost hit a deer. And their response is oh we are sorry for the inconvenience. While I can't believe that because it has happened yet again.

Not very good service when you are scheduled to pick up a rental they say none is available and don't have a time one is coming in .. honestly pathetic
