Overall very good experience. They dropped off a very suitable truck for our cross country trip. It got very good mileage for a V8 and had no issues. The location was convenient as well. ud83dude01nThe return location was an hour away because there was no open location nearby on Saturday. ud83dude01nWe cleaned out the cab as best as we could and wiped everything down. The person that checked us in was not overly friendly but did the job and did not add any extra charges. Very satisfied overall.

Clerk was rude, condescending, and presumptuous. He wouldn’t actually listen to what I was saying or respond most of the time and when he did respond he had a quick smart remark. I extended my rental. He told me the amount and I said, “ok”. He asked if I had enough money in the card, which he should not have. I said, “yes”. He then asked if it would decline, which was insulting. I then said, “no”. He then said, “if it declines, I’m gonna have to take them keys away from ya”. Of course my card went through and he was just like ok and that’s it. What the heck is wrong with him. Why assume I don’t have the money. I’m a customer that walked in the store, you don’t know me. Try treating customers with respect.

My customer service specialist Aaron was Awesome! Very friendly, professional and outgoing. He even came to my home and gave me a ride, while my vehicle was at the repair shop! I'm a Gold rewards member and love Enterprise. Look forward to my next visit.
