If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I used the online reservation for the 1st time. Everything went pretty easy. The vehicle was clean and great condition.nThe only issue was when I tried to call the day before pickup to confirm, It took forever to get someone to answer the phone. Only 1 person working at the Brewton Al office is tough.
I have visited the Enterprise location in Brewton, Alabama on many occasions. My most recent visit (October 13) was most disappointing. The sales associate was curt and the vehicle was, as usual, dirty (handprints on inside of windows ... not to mention it hadn't been washed). I'm sure there was no COVID sanitizing performed on the vehicle. Based on my experience, Enterprise is fortunate they do not to have any competition within 50 miles.
