The car with which I was provided was very nice and clean, and the process of getting the rental was quick and easy. The service, however, was rather unsatisfactory. I was befuddled by the apathetic attitude of the office workers. They were aggressive and unhelpful when presented with an issue. Overall, it was an average experience.nnEDIT (3/30/2021): I thought the customer service issues might have stemmed from a bad day or something of the like. After my interactions with Enterprise today, it is clear to me that the employees' bad attitudes are a constant issue. I'm glad I won't have to deal with them anymore.
Returned my rental that had been damaged by falling debris from a truck ahead of me. Nerve wracking experience but the return and getting claim started was handled fast and efficiently.
Great experience, great car for our weekend vacation. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. What else can you ask for?
