Nice, clean car that was Great in gasoline! Can't complain at all!!
They refuse to tell you they need a Capitol one card for payment have you drive 45 minutes out of your way to tell you no after you had to change reservation location because the people tell you your car will be ready by 245 in Covington and you show up and they've left ........horrible excuse of a business only cater to well off people
Customer service so far has been exceptional. Polite employees both at the office and the driver who picked me up from the body shop.nnThe employee at the counter sneezed right before taking my credit card. He managed to switch hands when taking my card and then immediately applied hand sanitizer before any further interaction with me. It’s small things like this that demonstrate the professionalism and courtesy of the people working for the company.nnMuch appreciated.
I am absolutely 100 percent satisfied with the service I receive here. All the employees go above and beyond to make sure that my experience is top notch. Love them all!
