Worst customer service, horrible at explaining policy and procedures. Guy in front Doesnt know how to do job correctly. Would go anywhere else but here.
In no way will I ever rent from this company or franchise ever again. Booked online at this location due to airport being full and said we have vehicles, charged my card and everything. Arrive to “no vehicles sorry we overbooked” said “tried to call” but no voicemail as I was on an airplane. HORRIFIC customer service and HORRIBLE business practice. Just a super trashy way to do business and let people possibly get stranded in a city.
Horrible company. Charged me over $500 for 2 days of having it..I returned it with full tank and clean inside, they weren't in the office for 4 days and charged me for that. Never again
We reserved a rental for pickup on a Saturday at noon. The lady said noon was fine. We drove 2 hrs and arrived at 1159 and the store was closed!!! They never once even mentioned noon would not work and never said that they closed at noon. Their sign on door says they are open on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm!!!! Go to the website.... says closed til Monday at 730am.... Do not recommend this budget in Odessa Tx
They had no vechiles yet still let me set up a reservation!!
