Reserved a full size car and this is what I got. Anybody need a ride. Felt like I was driving a wagon. Bit of an over kill for just one person. Three stars because of the very nice lady whom use to work at the airport, she is always very nice, professional and accommodating.
I had a reservation for rental car and when I arrived at the rental car facility, I was told there was no car available and waited for almost 4 hours. I was on a business trip and I have to reschedule all my meetings with customers and I do not recommend using this Avis service.
I reserved a car, but when I showed up to pick up the rental, and they said they have no vehicles. I guess there is no guarantee you'll get a vehicle when you make a reservation. I would not recommend renting from this location
The staff is nice & helpful. We needed to extend & Tremaine made it happen with bo hassles.
No 1 in the country, wanted to have a full size sedan no available they give me a SUV.
