This is a first class car rental com. I wanted to experience a new ride.nExclusively priced i got really nice ride 2 days. Decided split second to keep an extra day. There was no problem at all. Young man who attended me was nice an had great attitude made me feel right at home,totally comfortable. An im looking forward to my next visit.

Had a car accident but I didn't have rental coverage. Needed to get a car ASAP and insurance company recommended Enterprise for low daily rates. This was the closet location so I made reservations here. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly. Explained everything thoroughly, told us about the options we had and answered all the questions we had. They had the kind of car I was needing there. Saved me from having to drive way out of town for one. Will totally recommend this location!

I rented a car for my honeymoon. I called in advance and asked them can my husband rent the car because I was not going to be driving at all. The person I spoke with told me the car had to be in my name and I had to add my husband as a driver. I asked would we be charged for the additional driver he said no. Mind you I never drove the car one time and I ended up being charged for an additional driver. The employees really need to communicate with each other because we are given wrong information, which altered our budget for a car. I might just go to one in round rock or Austin because I don't want to be charged extra fees that are not disclosed to me. Overall the employees there had good customer service but I was not satisfied with this at all.

Made a reservation a week in advance for a standard size car and went to pick it up only for them to tell us they dont have a standard and our car is going to be a compact car which is 2x smaller. Had even called the day before to make sure they were going to have our size car because this isnt the first time it has happened and was assured they would, only to find out today that the number listed doesn't even call the store but a call center.

I rented a car online and I wasn’t impressed by the vehicle being offered, I made Isaac Amadis aware that I wasn’t happy and wanted to cancel my reservation, and that I had already made up my mind to go to Hertz rental car. Isaac said he’d do something about it. Isaac told me to give him a minute and to expect a phone call shortly. Before I made it to Hertz, Isaac had called me to tell me that there was another vehicle that was more to my liking and that I should come back to check it out. To my surprise, it was everything that I wanted and needed. He absolutely saved the day. He is the people’s champ and should be treated as such from here on out! I’m definitely going to tell all my family, friends and colleagues about this guy!
