I was a little bit late getting to my reservation at Enterprise and they rented my minivan right before I got there when I was planning on taking my family to South Padre for spring break. I called budget and they had me a van ready within 2 hours for pick up and I will obviously not ever use Enterprise again. I highly recommend this location and the manager there goes above and beyond
Excellent customer service and very quick process and the price was very good.
I received an upgrade and discount for smell inside car, vehicle is in great condition and performed well.
Car had a cigarette packet in the sunglasses compartment. I don't think the car was cleaned well. I booked a full size car but was given a 7 seater which was inconcenient to drive a long route. The fuel was filled to 3/4th capacity at the beginning.
Excellent service in and out. Consistent customer service all around likely to refer 1000%
