Car was great. Rented a premium class car and ended with a brand new Chrysler 300. Checkout was easy and the only issue I had was the return at the O'Hare counter where I was trying to make a flight. I take part of the responsibility as I wanted to change payment methods on return; however, the wait time was too long when trying to make a flight. One couple needed to figure out their payment method and should have been told to step aside and figure that out while they help the next customers; the rental rules were expressed. The other fellows did not have a return location. OK you told them returning at a different location could increase the price dramatically. Choose a city already or move aside and figure that out while I help the next customer. After 20 minutes, one of at least 3 people who peeked out, finally comes to help the rest of us who had the displeasure of listening to these dilemmas.

Awsome ! They really work for you on your needsnWe rented a Midsize car and when we went to pick it upnThey dont have it ,but they rented us a better car ,nice,bigger size and right away

This was a very last minute booking, they were able to fill my request and even picked me up from the dealership. Very professional and quick service had me on my way. Once I got word my car was ready they were so helpful and again were able to drop my back off and the dealership when My car was ready 3 days later. Will definitely rent with this location again.

Ryan at this location was amazing. His customer service was SO on point. I had previously had a less than wonderful experience renting from enterprise and he totally turned things around. We need more “Ryan”s in the world!!! Thank you for you amazing customer service!
