first cart did not have breaks. after sliding 3feet past a stop sign i requested a new cart. they brought one and it has poor breaks, and no blinkers. i was sure we would get rear ended so we parked and walked. do not use this company.
You can’t do Port Aransas without a golf cart!! Ash Cart Rental has excellent customer service. The cart is dropped off & picked up, which is super convenient. This was my second time to rent from them, & I have another reservation for the 4th of July. The first time we had zero issue. The second time, our golf cart had a steering issue that evening & we had a new cart delivered by the next morning. Chris made sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend this company to all of my family & friends!
The guy was super nice and responsive (and the reason that the number of stars was not lower). The cart on the other hand was old and the engine was not very responsive. It moved and worked OK once it warmed up, but we paid top dollar for it and the quality should have reflected that.
the most ridiculous experience in customer service I've ever received just a joke of a cart broke down and blamed it on me I didn't do anything but gas and brake trash cart go somewhere else please
Have rented from Ash twice, and more than 1 cart at a time. This outfit has great carts, EXCELLENT service, best prices. Very easy to work with. His shop is off the beaten path on 11th street, but so worth going that extra distance to find a great deal.
