My reservation said 8 am. No one showed up until 8:15 and he didn't have the car here for me. He told me it was on it's way and then they had to clean it. I told him I would come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and he was gone to Walmart!!! Currently still waiting......
Pick up and drop off were without a hitch. My only conplaint is that the car, cloth interior, had the faint odor of smoke. That is my ONLY complaint. Thank You for a pleasant experience.
Worst experience with an Enterprise ever. We're regular customers, but now I think we're going to start going to Hertz.nInform people of everything they need when they told you they are coming from out of state in the first place, it might help your customer experience.
Higjly recommend the staff are super friendly the vehicles are very nice and very clean. Definitely a go to when you need a rental!!
