Enterprise Rent-A-Car

(Update) we emailed them like they asked. They said that someone would be in contact with us to discuss what we went through. But they never got back to us. So again. Just another failure of their customer service and how they do not care about their customers experience.nnI will never use Enterprise again. We were told to return our car to this location. So we did. But it was after they had closed. Usually that’s never been an issue before. But because they are closed on Sunday they charged us the full day for Saturday (even though we didn’t have the car a full 24 hours) they charged us a full day Sunday even though we didn’t have the car. And refused any type of refund. I have used Enterprise a ton and have never ran into these issues. But I will take me business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.nThey do not care about their customers and it shows.nUpdate: They finally said they would remove the Sunday charge so we will only be charged one extra day instead of two. (I will update this if they do refund it) But still doesn’t change the fact I will never rent from Enterprise again.

Enterprise is a great place to rent cars. I've dealt with three different locations and the last location off of 59 and greenway plaza the team were very helpful and fast. And had no problem adjusting/extending my rental! I was very pleased.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here is a combination of unprofessional and kind of sleazy. The first day I got the rental I was told paying the $100 deposit for protection would be a good idea and I agreed because he did not inform me it would be $20 a day out of my own pocket. The guy made it seem like the insurance would be covering that....after the first payment was taken from my account I contacted them to see why I had been charged and that’s when I found out they either don’t know what they’re taking about or are trying to scam more money. The guy tells me it’s the insurance charging me when it’s actually enterprise charging. I only found that out after calling another enterprise in a different city. Got charged again two weeks later (now a total of about $500) and called again to see if I could cancel and potentially get money back since I did not know it was coming from my own pocket. Was told no, but they would cancel it and I agreed to that. Another week or two goes by and I get charged another $217 even though it was supposed to be cancelled. Some guy tells me, “oh I don’t know why it didn’t get cancelled”, but I will get that back when I return the car and of course that didn’t happen when I returned it!! They were basically ducking and dodging my question saying I would get “some” back this week and that it had initially been cancelled the first time. What???....then why did I get charged another time because it clearly wasn’t cancelled? He just proceeds to avoid and says, “The other guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’m just trying to be honest with you.” Wow that’s great that one of your guys doesn’t know what he’s talking about and the other two are deceitful.....No....no you’re not being honest, and If I don’t get it back this week I will be talking to corporate or the main office because this is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, but when I returned the car the people in line in front of me came out and started talking about how rude the head guy (who I just mentioned) was and how he was charging things he shouldn’t be. I will tell people about this location and the tactics being used because it is completely absurd and needs to be taken care of immediately. The body shop down the road where my truck was being fixed was informed of this as well...And again, I will be contacting corporate or a regional manager this week if I do not get the $217 back when I was told I would after their wrong doing. Staff at this location is terrible.

Only if there were 0 stars. Manager James, and employee Tony are the most unprofessional employees at that location. Charging me a “cash fee” for return the car at a different location, so basically i can drop my car off at a different location but I have to go to them and pay them in person. They can’t decide if it’s 25 or 50 fee which the site and corporation says it’s free since it’s a insurance claim which they know. They wanna charge me additional fees which the corporation never charge for those things. Complete unprofessional thief’s. Arguing with me about what I can do or not do with the rental and speaking to me like with “ I don’t care , you have to return it here”. Terrible terrible service. Currently talking to the corporation and a supervisor in taking care of this problem since I’m not the only one with this problem. I will definitely take care of them no matter what. You don’t speak to customers like that or steal from them. DO NOT SPEAK TO, JAMES OR TONY. It’s free pick up and free drop off through insurance claim only.
