Still renting the car, need enterprise to pick up their phone!!! Tried calling 8 times today and nothing. My own car will not be ready as expected due to the winter storm, need to talk to Enterprise about this since they want the rental back tomorrow. Is anyone even at this office right now??

I was really pleased with the customer service I received from Moses. He was very polite and prompt. I recommend this location to pick up my rentals. They always have a wide selection available.

When you simply call to extend your rental and want to know what the additional charges are, the person smacks their lips and puts you on hold hoping you will hang up so they don't have to deal with you has to be the lowest form of humanity. Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone until there is a staff reform that is held to a higher standard.

I had my car in service at Hyundai in baytown. And enterprise came to pick me up from the dealership. Once the driver finally arrived and I got in from start to finish he drove so erratic to get back to enterprise. Once I got there it was freezing outside and I was told sorry we don't have a car available for you. In the mean time I had to wait 3 hours to get a car. Once I got one that they had to pick up from another location it was the worst piece of junk i ever had to drive. So I call and made a complaint to corporate the connected me to the district manager. She did call after a few days I explained what happened she said she would compensate me for what has happened that i would receive something in the mail in just a few days. Well nothing ever came so I called back to enterprise and all calls are being ignored now by this company. I always rented from enterprise and this was the worst location ever. They do not treat there customers with the respect they deserve and are all lies. Also the service was passed due on the car and had chips and popcorn in the passenger side door handles so the car was not cleaned and with covid going around they need to clean there cars before they put a customer in them.

Staff was great got me in my rental 30 minutes early. The car on the other hand was a death trap. I was trying to pass a truck and I mashed the gas and the car just kept going normally. I nearly got rear ended by a ford pick up. Beware of the Hyundai Venue.
