No problem with rental process. My 78yr mom had to stand in the cold through the whole thing.(about 30 minutes) I understand covid rules, but one elderly person wearing a mask should have been allowed inside from the cold. Very disappointed.
Always very excellent service. And the service agent justin who picked me up was great.
My brother came to pick up a car, which he was told would be ready at 7:15am. It not only wasn't ready but they wouldn't have one ready until 11:00am. They agreed to have it ready and then he had to drive to Baytown to get one. He is a courier for a living and had to be in Beaumont by noon. It was after ten before he made it home to load the car for his pick-up. He said this was the third time he was promised a car at this location and always had to go somewhere else. Due to COVID-19, he had to wait outside for someone to come help him and that was over 5 minutes.
The first vehicle I was issued had a terrible odor in it; after failed attempts to eliminate the odor myself, I returned the vehicle. Enterprise upgraded my rental and immediately removed the 1st vehicle from their inventory. Very accommadating and professional group. Great customer service experience.
If you want to deal with unworthy nuggets come there
