Very nice place to rent a car. The staff is very nice and if you don't use the rental for the entire time they make sure that you get whatever money that is owed to you.

After returning the car the 10th, it is now the 16th and ive been told the return process hasn't even been completed yet and that ofcource is holding my deposit, I even bought the extra insurance to speed the return up when I rented... Sure can respond fast to a negative review but seem to drag feet for returning a blindsided deposit... Now this review reflects the staff.nnThis review in no way reflects on the actual people at this location as they where very professional and polite. Ive rented a few times and have always gone with enterprise. Good rates and good services but today I was blindsided with a 300$ deposit! Apparently it has just taken effect very recently but being surprised with a 300 deposit is no way to do things. Ive used the same card each time so this was a huge surprise and could of really put me in a bind. I do not like having to worry about hidden or surprise fees so I will no longer use this company after I drop my car off tomorrow.

As always friendly fast service. Although I ordered Sirius satellite radio and was not given the service when I picked up the rental, they were on top of it and told me they would remove the charge and they did. So not totally bummed but that's the reason for the missing star.

Had a reservation for a claim rental and could not rent a car because I don't have a debit or credit card that's not prepaid. You're wasn't a recreational rental, this was because someone hit my car and it had to be repaired. I get that it's policy, but you really should have exceptions for extenuating circumstances. And to top it off, they still charged my card the 50.00 deposit, now I have to wait for it to be refunded. That's poor business practice.
