Justin is so polite and helpful, explaining everything, he made the rental process fast and easy.
We rented, last minute, a budget moving truck for the day and Justin, the store manager made it so quick and easy! He was very accommodating and professional. The truck was clean and ready to go when we needed it. Later that day we dropped it off with no problems or issues. I definitely recommend this store, not only because of the convenient location but more importantly, the Great customer service from Justin.
I have been working with Justin since earlier this year - first with a friend of mine who needed a long-term rental and then for myself very recently.nnHe has been very helpful and focused on his customers. Justin has tried to find us the best options given our budget and our circumstances. We will continue to rent from him in the near and long term.
If someone said they had poor customer service then maybe the customer was having a bad day. This location is great all around. Robert is absolutely so nice and accommodating. Prices are fair and cars are good. Will definitely use them again!
