I would like to thank Justin at avis/budget. After Ryder hung me out to dry and did not provide the cargo van that I had reserved. Justin was able to get the van. He was extremely helpful. He reminded me that I had forgotten to fill up with gas and saved me a $30 fee on my return. I was able to leave my car overnight. Excellent experience and I will use them again. However, Ryder is a different story...
Always rent from them. Always are nice and courteous. Always get a good vehicle. Justin whobruns the place is a great guy.
Website said they provide pickups - they didn't answer the phone for an hour, and then declined to pickup. Website says they accept debit cards with a hold and a utility bill (like other rental car places), but when I finally spoke to the local agent, he said they didnt take debit cards. Had to get another ride to school for my kid and missed work bc false claims on website. Avoid.
Awesome place to rent moving truck. Owner is awesome and very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.
