The staff at this location are amazing, and will take care of you. I highly recommend this location.nn**UPDATE** A year later I used this location for a personal vacation and had the misfortune of hitting a coyote on highway 380. I called this location and Kevin was more concerned with my well-being, was very respectful helping to sort out the claim information for the vehicle damage, and had a great contactless drop-off solution. Even in the worst-luck situation, I still recommend this location to anyone.

Reserved an SUV for a week. Went to pick it up, but they had rented it to someone else. Offered a hatchback car for replacement... How about I drive your car, and YOU drive the tiny hatchback for a week. Why would someone rent an SUV if all they needed was a compact car? Cancelled and went elsewhere

Overall I would say my experience with enterprise this time around was at a three out of five stars. I wish that it would’ve been a five out of five because typically when I go to enterprise Rent-A-Car the experience is great. At this particular location and a gentleman was extremely rude when I walked in and was not trying to help me in anyway. A gentleman named Daniel stepped in to save the day and helped out tremendously his customer service was awesome and I will come back again just for him. I would recommend anybody if you go to that location please ask for Daniel he will take care of you and make sure you have what you need. Thanks

No sense of customer service. They tell you they are much better and educated than you so you should listen to what they tell you esp guys working there. Rented here several times only had positive experience with the lady at the front. Pay attention to 1 star reviews here. Generally enterprise charges more than other rental companies and customers expect better service in return.
