I am satisfied today because the two people on staff were amazing with getting my car switched out. But what I am not satisfied with, is being handed the other car yesterday with a smile. The man that was working yesterday (June 9, 2019) did not notify me of any of the problems this car had. I was handed a car that reeked of smoke, had stains all over the front and back seats, one vent did not blow air (which I was notified today they didn’t know about), and there were clear signs they tried to cover up the smell of smoke which in turn makes it worse. He was nice and I had no problems with him. I’m just not happy that he knew full well it reeked & did not tell me. I did not get her name but the lady that was there today was amazing. She admitted it was totally their fault & said it would need a full clean. I was able to get it switched out in under 20 minutes! I was able to leave today much much more happy and even a huge smile on my face. Thank you so much to the man & woman on staff today, y’all are rockstarsud83dudc96

Amazing staff that are super kind and help you get what you need quickly. they were super nice and got me my car in time for me to get to work on time. If I ever need a rental car again this is one hundred percent where I will go!nn--UPDATE-- After all the hail damage last week, I ended up needing another rental and I got an equally pleasant experience. This location really thrives on their customer service.

They will deliver the car in quick instance. Service is good. But we got a car with good smell on delivery but after 1 hour of receiving a bad smell started. If we lower the windows the intensity of the smell is low otherwise it is too high which didn't allow us to breath even. As we direly need the car we continued with it but we made report to them.

4.5, if I could. Check out: Service was polite and, once with you, efficient. A little bit of a wait with other personnel around, but I believe others were in training. Nice car, clean. Check in: Near perfect.nnOne comment: I am a regular National renter and it would be nice if connecting the frequent renter programs was easier, more intuitive, so that you could get your credits by renting through either group. In general, National is much easier to get your car once you get to the agency (usually at airport) than at Enterprise (where I usually use a neighborhood location).
