Good morning, thank you very much for contacting me, I assumed that there was already a claim that I made by this means, the entire offer was a fraud at the time I went to pick up the car, they were demanding an additional amount of $ 600 for insurance when the reservation was made. I had canceled a separate insurance Oliva telefonica had asked if my coverage could also be used but when I arrived at the place a subject with an aggressive passive attitude knew that everything was going to be wrong, ask me if I had the credit card with which I paid by putting any amount Buts just a fatal experience He just turned me around the man did nothing to have I asked for an Uber and I left that place. Totally terrible the deal and the situation with that u-save company I thought that you were intermediaries and that I also contacted you before the trip to find out if everything was okay and if you were going to honor the reservation, you did nothing at all! They should do better follow-up on claims thanks for asking how was my experience airport miami

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERSnMade a reservation through Carrentals.com and they booked the car through Usave.nI arrived and they said i had to purchase compulsory liability insurance for $130 extra, I told them my personal insurance covers hire cars. They said it was state law and i had to purchase it. After arguing and confirming with my insurance company they finally gave in and said i could have the rental car.nAt that point i canceled my reservation as they had just attempted to rip me off. They said they could not give me a refund as i booked it through a 3rd party company.nIt has been 4+ months and i still havent received a refund.nI even disputed the charge through my credit card company and Usave declined to give me the refund.nDo not use these guys!! They are criminals

WORST RENTAL SERVICE EVER VERY RUDE GUY NAMED STEVE AT THE LOS ANGELES LOCATION OVER CHARGERED ME FOR A RENTAL AFTER I MADE RESERVATIONS ON EXPEDIA. HIDDEN FEES !!!!!!!!!! DONT USE THEM.

Rodney and Amber are always able to get us into a vehicle that fits our family, great customer service and just good people. The vehicles are very nice and well taken care of. We have used them multiple times and will continue to do so!

The fast and friendly service here was amazing. My assistant cheer coach and I went in to pick up a passenger van for a cheer clinic out of town and Rodney surprised us with a beautiful GMC SUV. The cheerleaders loved it and so did we. They had a wonderful time. This will be where we will rent our cars and/ SUV for now on. From Calvert ISD and cheerleaders, we thank you guys so much.
