I reserved a small economy car. Upon arrival I was issued a mid sized truck. I was taking a 2000 mile trip, and wanted good fuel mileage. The next day I was able to get a mid sized car from a neighboring city. Still not what I reserved, but I raised my rating to a 2 instead of a 1 like they deserved.
Destiny was very helpful and knew her job. We didn't go inside, all the transaction was done outside. It helped that I had a reserved vehicle.
I rented a standard car with the free upgrade coupon so I was expecting a full size car. When I go to pick up the car they didn't have any other cars on the lot besides 2 convertibles so I got upgraded to a convertible mustang. ud83dude01 it made my weekend so much better. Ive never driven a convertible so it was fantastic. I know my situation is rare but it definitely made me want to buy a car so now I'm looking at cars for sale on enterprise and other sites.
