Great local office. Have used them repeatedly for work trips and personal travel. These guys will go the extra mile for the customer, easy to work with, flexible and resourceful - just ask and they will do their best for you. These guys care, just look at the fact that they try to resolve every problem on just this reviews section alone. Glad to have them in Palestine.

Miguel and Sarah were extremely accommodating! Not every branch has thousands of cars so take it as face value, a local branch in a remote area. Great customer service!

I am currently visiting family in Palestine Texas all the way from New York and rented a car from enterprise for the first time. I was serviced by Miguel, his professionalism was outstanding and excelled in his mannerism while handing multiples customer by himself. Communication from him was very clear and detailed. I am very please he follow covid standards each time we renew the rental. The car was clean right in front of us and mask was worn the whole time. he even reinforce others to wear a mask which I was grateful considering we have a 1 year old. I want to thank Miguel, he left a great impression and we will be renting again each time we visit.

I was told by the employee that drop off services were provided back to my hotel when I return my car, however she neglected to tell me that this service was not available on saturdays, so need less to say when I dropped my rental off Saturday morning I was stucked without a ride back to my hotel. Luckily I friend was able to pick me up about 45 minutes later.

I rented my car in Palestine, TX for a one way rental to DFW. Miguel at the Palestine location made the whole rental experience wonderful. He had great customer service. I have rented exclusively with enterprise the last 5 years but this was hands down the best experience I have had. I truly felt like a valued customer and not just another rental number. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure my rental was perfect for the duration. The drop off at DFW was easy and smooth which was great but again the great customer service I received in Palestine by Miguel really made the whole experience 5 stars. Thank you for helping me out especially in these crazy times.
