Affordable Car Rental

Missy was nice and the car was not a car that i would even consider driving. The building was dirty worn but they got us a carnIf your looking for your typical rental place dont go here. If you can look over the dirt dirty cars old with 260000 miles on them the people made it a good experience and we saw the mystery machine there

We were on a short 4 day visit to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, mainly to visit the National Park. Early on day 2 of the visit we had brake issues with our vehicle. Feeling that the brakes would be fine to get us home if we did not us it anymore in the mountains, we decided to park our vehicle and look for a rental for the balance of the stay. A quick google search lead us to Carrs Auto Sales and Service which comes up as “affordable car rentals” on google. I must say when we read the reviews we were skeptical. But with limited options we arrive at the location and are greeted by a friendly staff. We explained what was going on with our vehicle and they offered us a rental at $49 a day. Now I must say that the car was nothing special, however it was mechanically sound and served its purpose for the two days at a very affordable price. Thank you for bailing out our short stay and for the friendly service.

The girls in the office were nice. In the grad view of things we were grateful for being able to get a car at the time; however they are less then perfect cars. I will say it was clean on the inside, but the breaks were questionable which made it a little scary driving in the mountains/ it also makes you question when the lady at the counter hands you a card first thing for a 24hr wrecker incase you need it... We had the vehicle for 4 days and everything went fine. Just know these are not your typical rentals.

Friendly quick service, helped me out of a spot when everything else was closed. The rental was older and a little banged up, but it got me back to my cabin for the night. The cost for them to look at my car was reasonable as well.

Just dont waste your time terrible vehicle selection. Terrible location and poor customer service.
