Extremely awesome people! Family owned and operated. Very clean and well maintained vehicles. My wife and I rented “BLACK WIDOW” awesome little Jeep to go on the self guided tours with. Put the top down and enjoyed the view. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Being from out of town, this is the first business that didn’t treat us as if we were “tourists” we will definitely be back to see these folks!nnThank you to everyone at southland jeep for your amazing hospitality!

Best prices in town! I went there because they had the best prices and the reviews were positive for the most part. I'm glad I listened because I was very pleased with my experience. The prices are relatively fair for the area. The owner was professional but easy going with a level head and personable appearance. I'll definitely be returning and can officially recommend when you wanna rent a Jeep.

Don’t rent from this establishment!!! Rented on our anniversary and our son was at home and tested positive for Covid and we had to leave early. Tried calling so we did what any parent would do and left early. Upon renting, we were never verbally warned about returning early with a $800 fee!!! We were rushed through the contract and never given a copy of the contract. We were never informed about the $800 charge and only found out when it came out of our account a week later. When we talked to the owner’s sister that morning, her response was “I don’t care about your emergency, I lost a rental”. Then hung up, leaving my wife in tears and wouldn’t answer when I called back to ask why she was so rude. The owner has only trashed talked us and didn’t explain anything or apologize. There was electrical tape over the check engine light. Very rude and no experience in customer service!!! They don’t care about repeat customer because there’s a million suckers a year in Gatlinburg to these people
