Cart Rentals

This place saved us. My husband can't walk any distance and these carts were perfect! The people there are the best!

My husband and I called about renting a cart for our family for a few hours today. We received a call back stating that a 6 passenger cart would be arriving at 4:00. This was at 2:45. We were a few miles on the other side of town. So all 5 of us walked to the rental site, in which time we spoke with the sales lady multiple times. When we finally arrived there, we were told that they didn’t have any carts and the one that we had talked to the lady about only 5 minutes earlier had already been taken out. In the multiple conversations that I had with her, she could had simply said that the cart was no long available. We had to take my already very tired children and make them walk back to the hotel. Very poor customer service and the gentleman that I spoke with when I arrived there was very rude and sarcastic. I would never recommend this business to anyone and if I could give a lower rating, I definitely would.

They was very very over priced. But gave us a way to see all the cars.
