This would a five star review based on the customer service, the people I have dealt with treated us great each time we rent from this location. The complaint I have is beyond the worker’s control, they hardly ever have cars available and sometimes you have to settle for something you do not want. I feel that if I am paying to rent a certain vehicle I should be able to select which one I want. I do not like that I never know what I am going to have to settle with, and if I am renting something I want better than my own car!!

I truly had a great experience and a nice vehicle. I'm anxious to return to rent another and would highly recommend this facility. Reggie, the store's manager, was very professional, worked extremely fast, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Ashley, the assistant, was very professional and accommodating as well. Although it was just those two there and busy each time that I was there, they maintained professionalism and friendly attitudes. The facility was also clean and safe.

The truck was kind of clean, you could see where someone had spilled something and it never got wiped down, the truck was a smooth ride. We received our deposit back within 48 hours. Returning the vehicle was quick and easy. They just need to put a little more effort into cleaning the inside of the vehicle. Gave 5 stars because the price of renting is very reasonable.

My experience with Enterprise was amazing! This company really understands the importance of great customer service! Every step from reserving the car with the call center to physically picking up the vehicle was easy and done in only a few minutes. I will definitely continue to use Enterprise in Lancaster, SC!

The guy that did my paperwork obviously didn't know how to do his job. Told me that I didn't get verified, after having a few words with him his co-worker handed him the machine thing they use and I clearly had the green check that meant I was verified! Personally think that he was trying to save the car for someone else.
