The process of checking out and returning the vehicle went very quicly and smoothly. The agent was friendly, courteous, and professional. The vehicle I had reserved, a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 was excellent and very nice (the nicest rental I have ever had. It was very suitable for the purpose for which it was rented. The cost was extremely reasonable and this was by far my best rental experience ever. I highly recommend Enterprise in Gaffney, SC.

Don't rent from them! I rented a van that was not clean and smelled upon delivery. Also stated the scratches on hood and on gas cap side. After delivery, the manager of my rental stated he was going to file a claim for damages! I went back down there and told him the van was cleaner that when I picked it up. Also, I stated that the scratches were there when I picked it up. Then he proceeded to show me a very small dent on the rear fender that you couldn't see unless you stood a certain way/angle. He stated that it didn't show up in the delivery pictures. LOL... if you can't hardly see it in person, you can't see it in any picture. You best avoid this place because the incompetent people there now want to dissect the vehicle after the return, but don't go to those lengths on the delivery giving you a scratched up, dirty, and smelly van. Informed my insurance of the fraud here and won't use them again. Used to rent from Asheville Hwy location where I've always been treated nice. Used Gaffney because they were the only one that could get a van for me. Next time, I'll prefer to walk!!! STAY AWAY from these morons.

This is our go to rental place. Had our car ready the next day. Add on insurances are getting more expensive. Would have added an extra $200+ for the week. I guess that is going rate these days.nWe were supposed to have gotten a full size car. I don't know how they judge what size cars are; got n Altima.nTo me, that's not full size. Told us it would be the size of an Impala, that changed to the size of a Maxima, and also the Altima which we were given.

Dont rent from these people i was a day late and they said they was reporting the car stolen and plus i spent a whole day getting there car fixed plus i had to pay for it. I want rent from this location again. Plus they want let you use there bathroom and ate the rudeness people i have ever meant. They text my brother to and said they reporting the car stolen.
