I just got my car back after a young driver swiped my passenger side of the car into oblivion. Jarvis handled my repairs and I could not be happier. They kept me up to date on the repairs and everything looks good as new on my car. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Handy for recommending Jarvis for handling my repairs. My Father passed away, and I needed to get out of town quickly. Courtney was very empathetic, and made the rental process easy. All members of the staff were phenomenal in assisting me from start to finish. Alissa and her staff are amazing. Thank you.
I have been renting with them for a few years and have absolutely no complaints. The vehicles are always nice and clean and Well taken care of. Just recently had a 2 week rental, where I was driving a 2020 Ford Fusion. The car was absolutely spectacular. The rental rates tend to be a little highly especially on mini vans. But overall my experience with them has been great. Easy online reservation and easier pickup. Last time it took literally 10 minutes to get me checked in, keys in hand and I was out of there.
I've never had to rent a car before but this place was stellar! They made it so easy for me by providing rides to and from the collision center I was using and everyone working there was so sweet. Like Chick-fil-a level sweet. Hopefully I wont need them again but I would defiantly be a repeat customer.
Had to rent a car from my wreck... I didn't pay for it... the lady who hit me paid for it... but enterprise did a great job
