The heat did not work. Was offered a space heater for the room that only worked for an hour. When I got up to check out the door was frozen shut because had to use the shower hot water to warm the room. I have pictures of the quality of the room. When called to ask for compensation they did not want to do anything and refused to compensate for their poor service and rooms will NEVER stay there again.

The place isn't the best. The windows in the room do not open and it's mediocre, at best. The person at the desk struggled to find my reservation and said even though I booked it through econolodges website, they faxed the reservation. He told me that if I had been there one day before I wouldn't have a room even though it was booked through econolodges website. Although the office had signs requiring masks, the worker never wore one and other guests entered the lobby without masks.

I called about their pet policy. A laughable 85 dollar fee per dog. The guy told me it was the average price for dogs. When I told him that the Days Inn charges 20 per dog, I was told to go stay at the Days Inn. Great customer service evidently. 85? Thats hilarious!

We paid for a room and when we got to our room the air conditioner didnt blow cold at all. Then there was somebody's tor nails all over the floor n the bedroom area and other debris on floor showing the floor wasnt swept. The towels in the bathroom were all stained up and unclean. I have done housekeeping at hotels/motels for years and would never expect to charge for a dirty room, especially not $80 and we let the front desk about everything and they just said they would get the air conditioner looked at.very poor customer service doesnt seem like they cared if their customers are happy when leaving. We will never stay there again or recommend them to anyone period.if I could of left them no stars I would of.
