Hertz

Questionable service. I always thought Hertz was a quality company and you paid for that but this experience makes me question that thought.nnI will say the service was friendly and efficient, but...nnPicked up a rental, through insurance because of an accident, and was given a car with low tire pressure. What I don’t understand is that an agent brought the car up for pickup, inspected it in front of us, checked the mileage and fuel level and did not notice or deal with the tire pressure at that time. My wife found the issue while driving off. Probably with in 30 seconds and that was less time then the agent spent driving it.nnThey did issue a new car but only after demanding it.

Do not go there do not rent any vehicle from hertz at all otherwise your will be ripped off they are nothing but overcharging crooks so again do not rent anything from hertz at all they are horrible you call the billing department takes an hour to answer

I am so disappointed in the Laura Duncan Road location in Apex. We had a reservation through State Farm due to an accident. A lady called and said she was checking on it but never followed up. We drove to the location 2 days later at about 2pm and it was closed. We were inconvenienced for about 5 days by Hertz. They are getting paid by the insurance company so all they had to do was make the process smooth. The employees should take pride in the service that they provide to the public. This is unacceptable.

It was a great experience because of the very efficient people and the price of the rental.

There customer service is really bad and I will never come back to this location ever again. I will also tell all my friends about how I was treated so they don't rent from Hertz either. There online services are a big joke as well, they tell you that you can use certain bank cards to rent the vehicle and when you get there it's a totally different story and I have had 2 different registrations booked now and then gotten to the agency and been told that I can't use my card to pay for the rental. Then I have to try to figure out a way to get to work without being late.
