Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good place to rent a car from just under staff so they can not pick you up so you will have to have a way to get there but otherwise I will be renting a car from them again

Great service! Cleaned car! No problem at all!

The vehicle I rented was very clean, easy to drive and easy to get in and out of with arthritis and bad knees.

The rental service is terrible they lost a valuable customer today, they did not make clear the rules when taking out the car and there's a black guy that didn't have a good attitude. I would put negative starts but I get so they got lucky

I reserved a SUV rental for 9/3-9/8 and was advised that they had no vehicles available on the 3rd. I was supposed to have a courtesy pickup on the 4th and after 6-7 phone call attempts to verify the arrival and no response, I endured a $20 taxi ride to pickup my rental car! The only bright spot was the young lady who checked me in...very polite & professional! The 3 stars all belong to her only! The SUV assigned was heavily smoked in previously and really needed a smoke bomb attention!nnUpon returning on 9/8 at 5pm, I was left stranded without a courtesy ride back to the motel because they were closed and unavailable! I laughed at the crew in total disbelief as I mentioned that I had a taxi bring me there because of no communication on 9/4 and now I’m being forced to take another $20 taxi back?? Very poor customer service by this group who has no clue how to go above and beyond the normal to satisfy a customer!nnEnterprise...with the exception of the young lady who checked me in on 9/4, the rest of your rude crew needs a complete reschooling from 1 of your management team in “customer service!” This is not the Enterprise Car Rental that I know and I certainly will not rent a vehicle from this location in the future. Either retrain or release this crew and get yourself a more professional, positive and motivating crew cause this one is embarrassing to say the least!
