I've previously had great experiences with enterprise, the agents were friendly and respectful, and would quickly get me in my car and on my way.nn(Enterprise sent me an email requesting that I write a review on Google this time so I'm adding it into the consideration with a little bit more weight)nnAll that is still true, but this time, the agent also asked me if I had a badge for my service dog (is always with me...service dog) I told him that badges and certifications aren't actually a legal thing that's just companies who make those up and sell them to people, he said okay well I just had to ask can I ask if it was company policy and he said yes.nnI told him that's not one of the legal questions you can ask but I also understand that you're just following your company's policy.nnGot my car, left. Later I went on the company website asked via chat to talk about the service dog policy, and the person that I spoke with said they would have someone email me or call me... That was about a week ago has not happened.nnThis is particularly disappointing because I have had such really good experiences with Enterprise in the past.

Meghan Fox was incredibly helpful with our rental car process. She helped us get a same day rental car and also went above and beyond to call other locations so we could have more options. This was our first time renting a car and she was very knowledgeable and went through the process with us so we knew exactly what to do. She even gave us recommendations of things to do while in Seattle since we are from out of town. It was a great experience and that was thanks to Meghan!

Not sure if it is common practice for their employees NOT to tell you that you are at the wrong location and for the employee to create an entire new reservation AND charge you, then NOT honor the price of the existing reservations price but that is what happened to me and it was a total waste of my time and very unnecessary. Do better

I want to thank Q for his amazing customer service! The week my son was released from the hospital after a suicide attempt, I lost my job. We both needed a reboot. Booked a spontaneous flight into Seattle planning to rent a car when we got there and spend a couple weeks driving down the Pacific coast all the way to San Diego and fly home from there. The SEA Enterprise wouldn't let us rent because our return flight was in San Diego. Q turned the rocky start around. If it hadn't been for him, we probably would have given up and flown back home. Instead we have 17 days (3,546 miles) of amazing memories that just might possibly save my son's life. I just want him to know how grateful we are. Thank you!!!
