Hertz Car Rental

I'd like to personally thank Abdul and Hertz for one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I was in a pickle after losing my license and having to rent a car for a two week trip. Abdul went above and beyond to help me out by reaching out to his manager and made sure that I went home with a car. He even helped by getting a mid sized SUV cleaned up because the one they had available wouldn't fit our needs. It was a very stressful time for me and if not for him, I wouldn't have had such a good vacation. Thank you Abdul and I hope you get to see this someday my friend.

Do not use Hertz! They stole my backpack, laptop, and sneakers. My friend and I got a rental from Hertz and when we dropped the car off, we realized we left my backpack and sneakers in the trunk. We were scheduled to drop the car off after the office had already closed so we thought it would be no problem to go in the morning and get all of my things from the car. When we called right when Hertz opened, a representative told me and my friend that someone had already cleaned the car and that there was nothing found inside. This was very odd. The rep told us they would look at lost and found and said he would call us back. When we never received a call back, we called again and a different rep told us that the car has been untouched and hadn't even gone through cleaning yet. This change in stories was very suspicious and unreliable. We went to Hertz, looked at the car and found nothing. Another rep gave us the Manager's contact info (Christopher Plummer), but the Manager also said he was the first to look at the car and found nothing. The car was moved so somebody looked at the car even though we were repeatedly told it was untouched since we dropped it off. We filed a police report, but still lost a very valuable laptop with family photos on it and needed medication in the backpack. Very disappointed in this service and lack of professionalism the whole way through.

Truly the most seamless + pleasant car rental experiences that I've had to date.nnI was really nervous about coming to this location given all the Yelp reviews, but everything was awesome! I wonder if there's been a change of management or something?nnBooked a car through AAA-- 30 day rental starting 11/9. Got an awesome rate (literally half the price of the airport).nnPick up time was 12:30, I got in at 12:50. Took elevator up to 6th floor. It's just a kiosk area within a parking lot. There was no line, and two employees at the kiosk.nnAbdul took my credit card/driver's license, happily answered all my questions, and was super nice and friendly to bat. Good COVID safety precautions at the desk.nnBest part-- they had the vehicle ready to go (it was ready before I even got there) in a parking spot 5 feet away from the kiosk. The car was super clean, full tank of gas, everything all set.nnMade my way down the 6 floors of parking (the parking structure is mostly empty), got to the parking garage gate, hit the intercom and was remotely keyed out.nnSo fast and easy~ thanks Abdul!

If you google “hertz refueling cost” a featured ad highlights that refueling cost will be charged at a flat fee of $6.99 plus gas at pump price. This is completely false! I recently got a bill for $9.99 per gallon. This is sooo sketchy, and feels like a total scam! Never rent from Hertz!!

Horrible experience. Had a reservation booked and showed up at 5:13. On Hertz's website it said they are open until 6pm. The main location was closed so I went to the parking garage and up to the 6th floor kiosk and Larry was there. He told me they closed at 5, my reservation was canceled (it was not, had to call to get it refunded) and he couldn't do anything. When I asked if I could have Hertz's main line number to have corporate hopefully assist, he just closed the glass window and packed up and left. Completely rude human, horrible customer experience. Will never rent from here and would recommend everyone do the same.
