Marzini is so nice and welcoming! We were late due to going to the wrong location but she still waited for us after site closure. Really appreciate her going out of her to help the customers, big kudos!
I don't think I will ever rent a car from them again. They vehicle was not ready upon my arrival, not to mention how dirty they handed it over to me. You'd think they will be little more careful and thorough DURING COVID-19 but I guess they really don't care. There were food crumbs, greasy fingerprints and the exterior of the car had tree sap. I believe they used the same dirty towel for the whole vehicle, makes me gag. The customer service rep was on her phone and she felt like she needed to prioritize her messenger conversation before speaking with me.
This location makes the rental super easy - there’s an elevator right from the office that takes you to the lot of cars. Staff was kind and the whole process was pretty seamless.

Upcharged me significantly when they determined their actual inventory did not include my reserved vehicle class.
