Great customer service. Reasonable rental prices ($27 for a one day mid-size rental with unlimited mileage) and a quick and easy rental process. The actual office is only open from 8-4, but if you need to do an after hours drop off, you just dump it at the Holiday Inn on Van Ness. So easy!
Process was easy. I had a reservation, car was ready for me. No issues. Location was a little sketchy, One way street in Seattle, Uber had to drop me off up the street (I arrived in Seattle on the train). Had to walk a ways with two suitcases in tow. It was still better than going to the airport though. Would gladly repeat the trip.
Convenient location and easy after hours returns. Cars are always clean. Fast processing and great prices.
Nice cars, nice people. A bit too busy when the cruise ships unload, but otherwise very convenient.nnLately the office on 3rd Ave has been always closed, so I can take the stairs to the B level directly and it's even more convenient.nnI haven't tried the shuttle to the piers.
Overall a good experience as is usually the case with National. On the not so good side, while clean, the interior windows were terribly streaked and required a thorough re-cleaning on my part to make acceptable. Also the residue from the cleaning solution used (by National) on the windows as well as the dash and associated surfaces was sticky and very difficult to remove. This required significant elbow grease and more than a couple of minutes.
