Couldn't be happier with my experiences at this location--I've rented here 5-6 times in the past couple of years. Recently, I had the best experience yet, which is what is prompting this review.nnOn a recent trip, the windshield cracked. I was dreading what was going to happen when I returned the car--visions of endless paperwork and thousands of dollars exiting my account filled my thoughts. Instead, the process could not have been easier.nnNestor took me inside the office, and walked me through the one simple form I needed to complete, and answered all my questions about what would happen next.nnThe next day, I realized I'd forgotten the garage door opener in the rental car. I called back, and was fortunate enough to get Nestor again. He let me know the car had already been taken away to start the maintenance process, but assured me he would see what he could find out. Barely an hour later, I got a call back. Nestor had been forced to leave a message with the official line, but went above and beyond to personally call the individual who had taken the car away. She found the remote, returned it to Nestor, and I was able to get it back that very day. All of this because Nestor took time out of his very busy day to help out a customer who had already complicated things with a damaged vehicle.nnThank you so much Nestor!

I am so glad I chose Budget Car Rental for my vacation needs. Everyone from when we checked in to receiving the rental was great. Budget Car Rental all the way!

The people who work there are great, but we had a 2 hour wait to get a car over the long weekend. They need to better schedule their staff based on the number of reservations they expect for the day. The staff were lovely and professional, but there were only 2 of them to process a line up down the block.

Honestly the worst rental car service I have ever been to. The staff is nice but the place is so understaffed that we had to wait 2 hours to get our car... The rental process is awful and outdated, it takes them 15 minutes to process one client even though we all had pre registered online
