Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My family came down from out of town and someone hit their car and the insurance company issued a rental, they are not NC residents and she left her credit card at home so she was denied a rental car and has been stuck with no way home for 3 days thank you Brandon Scott. Awesome service. I rented vehicles twice and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees were very friendly and efficient. Offered an upgrade due to low inventory and made the whole process very easy. So much easier than the airport location.

I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for many years. Always received great service both here and in Europe. If I've had an issue Enterprise has always been quick to address it! Outstanding customer service.

The branch manager at this location, Bill, signed me up for insurance through a third party company stating they were paying for this. Bill signed me up for this without consent stating he believed they would pay for it. I did not consent to this and after having the rental for 23 days I was sent a bill for $803.85. If you happen to rent a car from this location, DO NOT speak with Bill!!
