Terrible service we booked a rental 2 weeks ago and triple checked to make sure that they accepted our chime credit card which they had no problems taking the money from and told us that it was accepted until the day we showed up to go on vacation now they won't rent us a car and they are giving us problems about returning the money they charged

First car I picked up smelled like cigarettes and very strong men’s cologne got in it the next day and could smell nothing but cigarette smoke smelled weed when I crank it up took it back to the rental place after showing me another car that smelled worse than the first one they put me into a small SUV said that it would be a free upgrade and now I have an extra charge of $66 on my credit card for some reason will be calling to find out really not happy with the rental cars that they had all of them look bad or smelled don’t think I will ever be renting from them again
