Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely awful!!! Extremely combative and unprofessional management at this location. My wife got a call today from a representative named Tracy. She was very rude and abusive to my wife, who is home sick and our state is under a weather condition alert due to icy weather. We have rented this vehicle for the last 8 weeks due to our car being in the shop. In addition to this, they have consistently taken money from my checking account via my debit card WITHOUT my authorization. I have contacted Enterprise via chat... because they block their emails... Who knew??? We are returning the vehicle tommorow, and NEVER dealing with Enterprise ever again!!! **Update** We took the car back to the Thomasville location this afternoon. An employee, Jarred, was as nice and helpful as he could be. My wife went into detail about the scathing phone call yesterday, he said he had no idea of it, in fact, he had stayed in constant contact with the body shop the entire time the car was being rented. He had no issues. So hats off to Jarred for great customer service and understanding.... But shame on Tracy wherever you are....my wife tried to call her today.... But no calls back. Hope Enterprise/Thomasville or wherever Tracy is located, are able to get their act together someday.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has always served me well. My local company is consistently friendly and helpful. Recently, I needed a car on Labor Day weekend and my local company was booked. So I contacted Enterprise in a neighboring town and they were helpful and accommodating. They gave me a great deal and had availability that same Friday afternoon and through the Labor Day weekend. Great rates and great service.

This was the worst experience we have had with Enterprise. We have rented from you several times in the past. Due to Covid-19, we had not rented for a few months. We reserved a premium car because we were taking a long trip for a very important wedding out of state. When we got to the Thomasville location, no premium car to be had! She offered us Charger! You've got to be kidding me. We are retired older people. CHARGER???? The girl was not concerned at all. She called her other location to lacate one. No luck. But, while she was on the phone , there was a lot of persanal conversation going on. I even heard her profess her love for the receiver of the call. Not professional. Needless to say we left. I felt at this point we would not be able to go. I called an 800 number for Enterprise after we left and voiced my very bad anger. The person on the other end told me he was sending my concern up to corporate. Needless to say, I haven't heard a work from anyone. The girl at the site called after we got home and said she had an Infiniti. I was not familiar with the make but we took it out of desperation. The car was definately not a premium car. Two doors, limited room and very uncomfortable. I am still having back pain and we have been home for five days. I know this is long but I could say so much more. Very very bad experience.

Overall the experience was good. They didn't have the type of car I had reserved online but they upgraded the vehicle they had for the same price. The vehicle was nice except for an odor of old smoke. They sprayed for it but it didn't help.

1st class customer service all the way. Travis was extremely helpful, as was Patrick. Both were kind and easy to deal with. Honest(received money back!) They made an awful week go a lot smoother...Keep doing a great job guys!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!
