If you live a far distance from the hospital the place you at the bottom of the list for pickup. A 7 hour wait to get someone from the hospital to Pruitt!! Being they know they’re the only ones who die transport in the county they are slow. The employees are rude and act like they are better than most! Would not use again. But they’re the only transport that does medical transport in the county.

Amazing people, staff and driver. Did not realize how long the ride was and did not realize just how sick I actually was. They kept me at ease throughout the ride. Thank you Carla and driver (sorry if names are incorrect, 08/29/17 from Carteret to Craven)
